3aXis Transporter system

Galvatek’s 3aXis transporter does not move just up and down and back and forth but also sideways, which means that it can move flexibly between two or more rows of tanks.

With Galvatek’s 3aXis transporter, the tanks can be in any order. This increases flexibility and reduces the number of rinse tanks needed.

There is no need to go through the rows in order, as the transporter can move from one tank to another regardless of where they are positioned in the line. This means that treatment tanks can be placed in any order and different types mixed and matched.

Trip trays fitted to the transporter prevent the chemical drips drop to the covers but are led to the waste water treatment hence reduces the drag out significantive.

Candovent™ Ventilation System

“Like working in an office environment”

Galvatek’s Candovent ventilation system prevents hazardous acids from evaporating or spilling from tanks.

Instead of the typical humid, acidic atmosphere of cleaning plants, the workspace is filled with normal indoor air where face masks are not required even in the immediate vicinity of the tanks.

The Candovent ventilation system extracts vapours through hoods whenever the tank covers are open and directly from the tanks. The volume of extracted air can be regulated to keep it at optimum levels at all times.

The extracted vapours can be treated with Galvatek’s special filters, which means that the building is also spared from the corrosive effects of the vapours.

The Candovent ventilation system also saves energy and costs by keeping the volume of polluted air and humidity at low levels. Candovent conforms to European health and safety regulations.

Galcont Control System

Galvatek’s automation system produces a detailed report for every treatment, creating an individual treatment history for each engine.

The plant is able to operate faster and more flexibly when several different types of products can be processed in any order thanks to Galvatek’s state-of-the-art PC-based automation system. The automation system organises the product batches by optimising the operation of the line and ensuring that the right treatment is given to each batch.

Galvatek’s PC-based automation system is capable of controlling several treatments simultaneously and therefore optimising the process more efficiently than conventional logic-based automation systems. As a result, different surface treatment processes can be run flexibly in any order. This simplifies the process and increases the plant’s capacity.

The system comes with a user-friendly control interface. The easy-to-use graphic interface of Galcont™ has been developed with the end users’ needs in mind. The processes can be easily controlled using a mouse instead of having to type commands. The software is available in a wide variety of different languages. And the selection is still growing.
